I've been absent for a week - I've been walking as much as possible and a few star jumps to finish me off :j!
I haven't managed to avoid the cake tho as OH made a black forest gateau for our anniversary. :T I blame the hairy bikers!!
All my spare change in the sparkle fund, but I'm not keeping a check on how much so it can be a surprise later!0 -
A huge thank you for the inspiring messages! :T
The cameraderie on here is wonderful.
Keep up all the good work all you wonderful sparklers. All those little steps will add up (that's what I'm counting on!)
I like the idea of adding to the fund but no penalties if I make a slip - afterall, the slips would have been much worse if I hadn't been trying so hard just before. :rotfl:0 -
Oooo can I join in?
I've just joined the forums today and feeling the most positive I have in a long time.
Need to get myself back on track too. Would you believe I'm actually qualified as a personal trainer (a real one! not fake and stereotyped)
If anyone has a smart phone a really good app is the adidas micoach, which lets you start running programs whatever your ability.

All my debts and everything have got me down lately and I've been a miserable so and so. This thread is making me want to be how I used to be. Up for a run and care free (well as care free as you can be in this economy!)
Thanks for a fab thread :T0 -
