Leave poor Graham alone. He's paying double the rates anyone else is for half a house, and he's in the tiny group of people who are actually suffering from the rate rises he's been wishing on everyone else for as long as I can remember. Nice example of poetic justice if you ask me, but he's understandably BITTER.
Can't be helping that the price of diesel is going through the roof too

i wouldnt mind julie but just trying to help the guy out by pointing him to something he said didnt exist, i.e. a better deal than the one he and other svr mortgage holders are on at a high ltv
apparently thats just not acceptable, so now he's saying i'm another user and that i've not provided what he asked for (which i have)
no pleasing some people!'Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.'

The irony is delicious, I must admit. What's interesting is that had Graham bought all of his house, he might now be struggling financially as much as the 'debt junkies' he despises. He might also be in negative equity as a result of the housing crash he's been praying for and the 'irony icing' on the cake would be if he lost his job and had to rely on (the hated) SMI until he got back on his feet.
Luckily, GD only has half a house (and half the risk) so many of the things he wishes on others will not be visited on himself. Hence why he is on here every day pouring his poison.

LOL.
Love the convoluted attempts, having a pop at my financial situation to try and make out I'm the bitter one.

To be fair Graham you don't really come across as being all sweetness and light.0 -

Not quite sure but I'm with Graham on this one - he's definitely made a re-appearance or two.0 -

He came back with another name after being found out trying to claim a name he had created to have a pop at a poster and ridicule them was someone else. Typical "forgot to logout" error. Can't remember the second name now. Sussed that one out pretty quickly, cleaver joined in and the name dissapeared.
This ones a more recent reincarnation.
Whatever happened to cleaver more ot the point.0
