I have asked you a question to try and help twice, and you have ignored it. Seems to me you don't want any help. I'm out!0 -

Uh, I tried to help you, see post #9. you seem to have ignored the help people have suggested. If you come on here you must understand people will give their opinions, this may not be the same as yours but if you ask for advice you should expect some that you don't agree with.0 -

I didn't say your post wasn't important. I also knew that, written as it was, you wouldn't get any advice.
Furthermore you hadn't included how you paid. There's a sticky, at the top of the board which tells you how to ask for help and states what we need to know.
As it is I think The Range have seen you coming - taking cash and not providing you with a receipt? That's well dodgy. If you were with a carer when you made the purchase and were fobbed off like this I also have doubts about your carer.
If that IS what happened I suggest you contact Trading Standards or the CAB. But without proof of purchase you really are on a loser.
In future, if you pay cash for items get, and save a receipt.
But without proof of purchase there is little that can be done if the Range refuse to accept your claims or deal with you.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson
