Pulled out the pertinent bits. Please answer this question.

HOW DID YOU PAY FOR THIS ITEM?

Have you tried presenting them with proof of purchase? ie a bank statement

It's not necessarily about what you have put but how it's been written. It's very difficult to pull out the key points of the complain when piled all in to one sentence :)

Then you will need to rely on your friend as 'your proof of purchase'.

As you have already sent 230 emails, that's over four every day, on average, I fear there is probably nothing new I can add.

Arcon, just think yourself lucky that you weren't sent 230 emails. :D

Maybe go in and ask them to check their security tapes to prove you purchased the item. If they couldn't give you a reciept then they should be willing to do this for you. Just remember to be nice and polite and hopefully you will get a good sales assistant that is willing to help :) good luck!

i read that first post like it was written (i.e. with no punctuation) and now i think i'm haemorrhaging onto my brainbox
    helpful tips
    it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)

Please try to write in paragraphs, maybe its because you are upset but it is very difficult to read.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
