Wouldn't it be nice given the amount of claims Heswell has issued over the last few weeks, if we could coordinate them all to be heard on the same day?

Hopefully he would disappear up his own backside chasing them around.

Given that not all claims will be advertised on forums, I wonder how many he has issued? More importantly for what reason, specially the ones against the keepers?

Maybe a blanket attack hoping for a few defaults and maybe one or two badly defended wins, maybe the poor fellows ego has taken a pasting in the last few weeks?;)

Maybe the maths on undefended defaults vs. loss of court fees on ones that ARE defended, stacks up. Vexatious Litigant status, anyone?

I've decided to shift away from posting over on CAG. I think the last straw was a recent condescending PM from one of the moderators ticking me off for having the audacity to describe a particularly amateurish "DIY" PPC operation as a scam.

Their fascist attitude of "no links to other advice forums" seems to stink. The library of sample PPC paperwork on here is one of the most useful resources I've found when advising people on how to deal with nuisance PPC junk mail, yet they won't allow anyone to link to it for reasons unknown. Their harsh treatment of decent posters like Notts_Phil is extremely poor form too.

It's a poor forum really, very messily laid out.

Here's to my "hopefully" trouble free stay here. :beer:
