Oh no, not another one. UKCPS seem to be going a bit court crazy at the moment. Since their tickets don't have a hope of standing up should they ever get into a court room, how does one get these morons serverly slapped for abusing the courts to further their ends? Dishing out court papers they have no intention (or hope) of actually defending is purely an intimidation tactic. This time, however, it is tying up public resources to do so, which is clearly an abuse.0

I concur, please email give em FA he is our resident expert at this as well as Alexis, please don't reply to anybody else PMing you unless they have at 200-300 posts to their credit, and you can see that post on this forum regularly.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
