  • A week and a bit until payday.

Still have a little money left until then, other than the money I have for the bills.

Will soon be updating my loan balance and it will be under £1000 ! That will be good to see.

Paid £5 to my savings account. Can't really afford any more at the moment until I get paid. Savings balance now £155 :)
  • £5 put into my savings account. Once all the bills come out think I'll be able to put in around £50 and then payday next week ! More savings to come :)

  • Thank you :D

It's not going up as speedy as I would like but at least it is going up !
  • £40 paid to my savings account. Forced myself into a very tight budget for the next week til payday :)
  • Well done :D x

    Hope all is okay x
  • Thanx Hiddenidenity :)
    I can't wait to get paid !
I have decided that as well as saving up to pay off my overdraft if I also reduce it by £50 a month, things will improve even quicker.
October wasn't the best month money wise as I had the birthday presents and birthday nights out to pay for (although I was pretty good, it's still money going out instead of paying off debt). I have 2 wages between now and Christmas. I really just want to have a good dent in my debt before the new year starts.
  • I'm counting to payday too :o

    Have a nice weekend x
  • Loan balance has updated :D It is now £985 ! Delighted to see this, although I am currently just letting the loan payments run each month, at some point next year I may be able to pay off the balance early :)
  • Also paid the double glazing today. Balance is going down, finally can see it a little every month. I paid that little bit extra again this month. Balance should be around £2455, but I swear they just make the figures for interest up every month so I can never work it out exactly.

Also worked out what I owe to the council tax before the 2013/2014 year begins in April. If I can pay that off before the new year I will have 3 months council tax free which means I could save that money too ! That is the plan anyway.
