I have purchased the missha perfect cover in the darkest shade(even though i'm quite fair), i did this because after reading alot of reviews, plus studying the before and after photos, i realised that the whitening/brightening agents would make me look extremely pale. I'm really hoping it's not too dark. Here is another one with three different shades:

Hi, I want to buy this one but am totally confused regarding the types. green, can you help please? I've got combination skin, quite oily forehead and chin, normal on cheeks but also prone to dry patches here and there... Do I go for Clearing or Watery? I've no idea
My daughter's currently using the 'clearing' one - she has fairly oily skin but also dry patches from where she's treating acne with benzoyl peroxide - that one works really well as it doesn't accentuate the dry patches yet doesn't make her any oilier/give any new spots either so that might be a good one to try. I haven't tried the 'watery' one yet so can't really comment on that one.
I've ordered the 'Essential' one for me to try so will give some feedback when that arrives as to how it differs from the 'moisture' one.11th Heaven prizes Number 103

Gmarket is like your one stop Korean shop for pretty much everything. The way it works is that you order from Gmarket from sellers -> they send products to Gmarket HQ -> your order is consolidated if you purchased from multiple sellers -> sent to the UK. They only use EMS for shipping, which is fully tracked and not cheap but if you buy lots of lightweight items it works out to be worth it. Not all sellers ship internationally (this doesn't make sense to me since they're not shipping directly to you), so you need to check the "worldwide shipping" option when searching.

As for Korean brands (digging through stash) I used to buy a lot of Banila Co and Etude House including highlighters, eyeshadows, eye pencils, cleansers, moisturizers, primers, blusher, lip gloss... you name it I probably have it. Both these brands released new ranges regularly, so there was never a need for me to try others for makeup. Problem is I suddenly decided to go paraben free so there may be one or two (...or lots more) items that have never even been openedOf course I could ebay them but as most people will have never heard of these brands, it just wouldn't be worth my time listing, packaging and sending everything for 99p each.
Etude House is cheaper than Banila Co and I think the quality of the latter is generally better, however Etude House does also have great stuff. They don't spend loads on their packaging, but their designs are quite appealing imo. I mean, how cute are these hand creams??

It's actually a good thing I'm not using anything containing parabens these days, otherwise I'd be hauling non stop from Gmarket0 -
Anyone here using BB cream with oily skin....? I use Stila tinted moisturizer at the moment (SPF30) but I find my skin is quite oily & shiny by the end of the day... so I was thinking of trying one of these BB...0

I'm using the Garnier one in light and finding the coverage quite good, I use it instead of foundation as I'm not too keen on the mask feel of foundations, I know its not a bb cream but olay with a hint of foundation does a similar jobproud gran to 4 lovely boys and one little girl0

I never realised there was so much to know about bb creams! Thanks for all the info in this thread.
I got a sample of the Garnier one and it took me ages to get round to using it, but I was pleasantly surprised. I only feel that I need a little bit of coverage over my nose and under my eyes. I didn't think it was effective at first, but on closer inspection, I was really pleased. It wasn't anywhere near as heavy or obvious as foundation usually is for me.
Will be investigating some more brands soon! From Starrystarrynight to Starrystarrynight1 and now I'm back...don't have a clue how!0 -
bunberry...the gmarket website looks really interesting but quite confusing at the same time.
Will have to take some time to sit & work through it.0
