yes I too would think it comes outside of the fiscal-fasting remit as its important to help if you can, and especially where the community is involved.
London has so many homeless and helping even if its just a small donation is important.I have a charity that I donate to and to me and I don't count it from my food budget it comes under necessities0 -

Morning all,
Nice to have some fellow fiscal fasters.
Still not spent anything, although I have been tempted by books on Amaz**. Thankfully, I took the precaution of taking off my password so it makes purchases less convenient to do. It is all in the mind, as I have plenty of unread books in the house, so I just need to perservere to break the habit and create a new one.
Today will be another fast as I have an indoor housework day planned although I am waiting for the anadins to work as I ache.
good luck all.
Good Luck all

Day 6 of f/fasting and I am hoping to last out until next Wednesday when Lidls offers finish.Only got four things at the moment on my shopping list, and none of them are urgent.I have enough fruit and veg to last me out and plenty of stuff in the cupboards so my little brown food budget purse is staying firmly shut .I am starting my spring cleaning this morning and also doing a bit of baking, then this afternoon I shall be feet up watching the recorded War & Peace while doing some knitting.
Happy f/fasting chums
