Ordered my meat for the next two months and my veg box delivery for this week. Will be popping to the shops this morning to do my monthly store cupboard top up and get bread and milk then I will be closing the purse and doing a fiscal fast. Hoping for 7 days of NSD's:)

I managed 23 out of 29 NSD in February and was quite pleased that I had just over £20 odd to go into my holiday account yesterday
New month new challenge and £60.00 in crisp fivers sitting in my old brown food purse.Nothing to buy this week as far as I know, well nothing on my shopping list by the kettle so far .
I am hosting the coffee morning in the local Dobbies today for my U3A group but that's a freebie as I have vouchers to use up so anyone without a voucher can have one of mine. I do have a lot left over They are changing the voucher system next month and have told ever one to use up their vouchers.
So no cash will be spent today I shall avert my eyes as I walk past their delicious cake counter :):):)

Thats a nice lot of NSD's JackieO!!!

Back from my mammoth shopping expedition this morning:)

Nipped into Lidl, Sainsburys, Poundland, Wilkinsons and Iceland:eek: Total spend of £87.19! This will cover all my store cupboard bits for the month and this weeks fresh stuff.

It's been a big spend day so far but now my purse will stay shut for the next week.

It is DD 12th birthday next week, but I have already got her card and I am giving her money so she can clothes shop which has already been put in the card. I also have £20 sitting in an envelope ready for her takeaway pizza for her birthday sleepover on Saturday night (comes out of a different budget anyway), so I am well and truly not spending until next wednesday when I will pay for my next veg box and buy fresh stuff:D:T

    An update...

Mar 1 - Big spendy day
    Mar 2 - NSD
    Mar 3 - NSD
    Mar 4 - NSD
    Mar 5 - NSD
Mar 6 - today will be 5th NSD as apart from dropping DD friend home I won't be going anywhere else today:)

I still have plenty of fresh milk and bread in from when I went shopping on 1st and froze most of it, so I am thinking at least another couple of days before I venture near a shop again:D

Planning on making a fresh batch of soup today...perhaps mushroom and will possibly make a cake:)

Happy Mother's Day to all the lovely mums out there!
