I have started my new job. I've even managed to book in some overtime. I've worked out that if I can earn £1188 a month after tax (which in this job seems quite easy to do with overtime) I can pay £687 a month off on my debt and be debt free at the beginning of 2014. My car payments finish in Feb 2014 so I'm hoping by March/April 2014 all my money (other than bills) will be my own.
I'd like it to be before then but April 2014 is the date that I aim to be debt free

My debt has gone up this month. My previous employer badly messed up my wages so I need to borrow some money to see me through the month.
I plan on getting back on track in january. I hope to pay at least £80 off on my debt but in feb should hopefully be able to pay about £500 off which will reduce my total greatly and be amazing :-)DEBT TOTAL: £7609.440 -

That's a good idea. Have you read the frugal in Cornwall blog? She is hardcore but her blog is quite inspirational and full of good ideas.0 -
