I'll join you with the ironing, I have a mountain to clear but I need to put another wash load on first, just realised I haven't washed DD's dark load uniform for tomorrow

Thankyou Short_bird for the good luck wishes. I've washed, dried and put away: cutlery, saucepans, and a selected range of crockery - so I'll be able to eat 'properly' tomorrow; the idea is that I'll wash more pots than I use each day until I get the backlog cleared :o

I've also rinsed and left to drain 21  fizzy drink cans - which can then go out into the recycling box....which means I now have some kitchen worktop to work on :D Just the 30+ plastic and glass bottles/jars to rinse/wash and put out now then :o

DS is coming home from Uni for the weekend; I'm determined that he'll see the difference!

Sagaris - thankyou for the recommendation. I've checked for stock at my local store and they have it in stock. It's available for collection - just wondering whether it would fit in my car, a Rover 25, does it collapse down at all? I've never owned a whirlygig before so haven't a clue.

I hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday evening.

I did an hour at 7. We've been out all afternoon, so I got the tots to bed, then whizzed round, wm on, toys away, shoes away, bags ready for work and nursery, baby milk done, dishes done, kitchen tops cleared and wiped, washing on airer (have a 30 min cycle), little snack tea and then it was 8pm. I'm goosed!
