    Afternoon all

Lovely sunny day after a foggy start, my washing is almost dry already. I've been out and about with DD1 and now just cooking lunch after a bit of general tidying round.

I seem to have perfected a work/sleep balance - with eating, usually rubbish, fitted in at random intervals but flying has gone out of the window :o. Totally. Once again I'm living in a tip, with BD in residence, and AF visiting more than she should just to jolly things along; I've been looking for an emoticon waving a little flag saying 'Help'

I wonder if a good starting point would be in the fridge and store cupboard to check if you have some "decent" food in? So there are more nutritious things (preferably things that you like!) to take to work or eat at home?

Is there anything you can prepare today (maybe cooked in one pan and eaten out of one dish) to help you out later in the week?

Cleaning up is not man type work. if you want men to do men type things then you shouldn't complain when they want you to do woman things.

Whoopwhoop, hello ladies! Long story, very short - moved (again!), now back in my own place, hurrah, with my own rooms to keep clean, instead of everything being in storage. I'll be playing along with all the lovely Flyladies (and gents) as of tomorrow, get me back on track.

I hope everyone is well - big hugs to those in need, welcome to new arrivals, and well done to everyone who's flying :-) Luv'ya x

hex2 - thankyou x half an hour a day sounds manageable. I'm thinking maybe I'll get up earlier and do a little before I go to work at 7.55am as although I get home by 5.35pm I'm usually fit for nothing in the evening - oh but I could do HHP or something similar couldn't I? It's a matter of getting the right head on - think I might be related to Worzel Gummidge!!!:o

short_bird - thankyou x I can see where you're coming from. I've got oodles of pasta, baked beans, rice, spuds in - but i tend to grab chips/ takeaway on the way home from work as I cba to wash the pots needed to eat healthily. So I need to get off my a and wash up first, then daily :o ...told you it was bad... then if I eat what I have in stock it'll be more or less a SW green diet so I should lose weight, which should equal more energy at the end of the day.

valli - thankyou x i love the little man with his sign - could do to enlarge him and take a copy to work so that whoever is feeling most stressed can wave for help before they go over the edge. I'm ok at work now but I'm surrounded by 'whose going to cry today' lovely people stressed to the max... and as more people go off sick, the remainder get even more stressed. I try to help with broad shoulders to cry on, and cream cakes. Heyho.

Flying - I've done WM x 1 which should be out on a day like this but would be straight up next doors conifers. Am thinking of getting a whirlygig washing line thingy - any recommendations?

right - pots, so we set off on the right note tomorrow with a cereal breakfast 'cause the dish is already clean, and a pasta or rice dish for tea ditto. Am thinking a jacket spud for lunch from the little shop near the office - equals fresh air at lunchtime too.

permission is hereby given for the flinging of clogs, or poking with pointy sticks if any of you see me start to give up. Quitting is not an option :A
