There was a similar thread to this before but I can't link to it as I'm new so I'll just copy and paste how I managed to cancel.
Go to "Support" at the bottom of the page.
Type "Cancel" in the search box that appears and hit the enter key.
Click on the "How can I cancel my Premium Membership" link that appears
I believe there is then a link at the bottom of the page that opens that you need to click on.
Then go to “Premium Membership and payment” and then click “Payment”.
Scroll down and click a link at the end that says "ending your Premium Membership online here"
Hit the "Continue" button, then you should be able to cancel.
I did manage to get them to cancel my trial and they didn't take my money, although the cancellation link on their site that actually works is quite well hidden as you can see, and the more obvious one is greyed out so you can't click it.0 -
I was also a member to Be2 for about a month. And then I cancelled the membership however I deleted the emails as I has been over a year now. And on the weekend I got a money collection letter from a debt recovery agency working on behalf of Be2. They could not charge me as my card details were changed after cancelling the account and decided to use a debt recovery agency.
I deleted my profile when I cancelled so I have not even been using their service. They would not let me use it anyway without getting the membership fee. I am not sure how to resolve this. I sent couple of angry emails to them already and they are pretty thick skinned.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Please can someone help about what your rights we have as a customer to retrieve money back from Be2.com.
This has been the worst experience I have had, especially now that they are threatening legal action to obtain the 149.94 they claim I owe them!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
