I was paranoid about this flat head syndrome when i had my baby in Aug 09. Im going to be equally paranoid about it with my new LO due in April 11!

TBH, i was probably sucked into buying the most expensive mattress that Mamas & Papas make, I thought that it would help but I found out about a product called a GOI GOI pillow. I bought one and it was large enough to lay the baby on, not just his head and fit into the moses basket. I only used it suring the day when i was able to keep an eye as i know you;re not supposed to have pilloes for babies under 1.

Not sure if it really helped but my little man has a lovelly shaped head lol!
