Low stars for postage - can I do anything?

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr - why do people give low ratings for dispatch time, when you dispatch the item inside the time you stated on the listing, and can prove it via the tracking details.
Looks like a 3 or a 4.....but as I dispatched it a day or two inside what I said I would...........illegitimi non carborundum0 -

The Dispatch stars annoy me more than any other. I seriously couldn't despatch any of my items quicker yet still get low stars.
The problem with this ratings is that people judge on delivery time and not on how quick you actually post it.0
