i know your only helping, but sometimes it feels like the teacher is always in the room :(

I for one most certainly don't feel like that. Bit sad that you have posted this actually. RF has a light and friendly touch (oh god, does that sound a bit kinky - isn't meant to) in managing this board compared to quite a few BGs elsewhere on the forum.

I think you do a great job RF - thank you.

I try to be as invisible as possible so I don't spoil your fun but I do have to make sure that the thread keeps to the rules (mainly so it doesn't get shut down, so for your sakes really, but also to protect MSE).

So yes I am watching, but then you know that, but hopefully it doesn't interrupt the flow or cause you all to feel uncomfortable.

I, like others, are grateful for the time and effort you put in just to save us from being deleted! I dont envy you one bit.....I have enough problems keeping up with one thread but know you watch over quite a few :T :T

I agree redfox I think has become part of the "elite"
thread wouldn't be the same without him

i think i know where MMW is coming from though and i don't think she meant it in an insulting way:)
i have seen other threads (vents etc) where straightforward swearing -not even letters blanked out, posts don't appear to get removed
not that i like swearing or anything, just wondering when we come out of probation? i'm missing HC's jokes :(:(:(rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

danielle go to the "to do" section then click on "stickers"
it will help you focus in on just posting for stickers and not get distracted, i was the same as you

I think redfox does a great job keeping the thread on the straight and narrow without over moderating. I like the way gives a gentle reminder when there might be an issue. I really don't know how redfox keeps up! I hope redfox (time permitting) feels able to join in more and enjoys this thread as much as we do.
