Loss prevention is massive, think this got started with HMV in Oxford St, the lost huge amounts due to shop lifting, so instead of employing loads of security they employed a system that recognizes known shop lifters.

When I asked her waht she thought was a police matter and what she meant by insider information, she wouldn't answer, so I kept asking till she just hung up :eek::eek::eek:
I got her name and have contacted HO, they phoned the store and no answer, so they are e-mailing the manager and calling me back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is so, but they didn't refuse to sell, they sold, twice! They can't retrospectively disallow it, contract is made at time of the sale. Fudge has clearly done nothing wrong.

No fuel coupons, so may go to Shell instead !

Ahhhh that's so awful fellow Fudge. I admire everyone's ballsy attitude in fighting back and not letting it bother Fudge but if this happened to me I would be scared witless....:o:o:o I really hope there's a positive outcome Fudge, I really feel for you and think you've been treated appallingly :(:(
