thanks whoever suggested trying pricecheck in IE instead of firefox, i think this was the case in DTD days as well

no i think it was def they said they have evidence but they don't send it unless you ask, when they have ave speed checks on the motorway they take an ave between 2 lots of cameras placed couple hundred yds,

not sure i'd get away with this on a big motorway at 8 in the morning though :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

i do have a plastic card licence but i thought when you got arrested or something (you know what i mean) off icially you need the paper bit that goes with it?? anyone else been nicked for naughty behaviour recently??:o:o:o:o:o:o

    oops morning all!!
12 hr shift for me today, only T's i could possibly nip to in my break has no SS and have been trouted in there many times, anyone challenge me ???(pls say no!!!!!)
HC your smelly socks reminds me of my OH, eurgh!!!
nikki we want to see your stash from last night hun!!!
mr3dogs a big welcome home xxxx

Hmmm, I don't know then. If you got flashed by the first one and slowed down enough before you got to the second one the average might just work in your favour.

In Ayrshire there are cameras that flashes every car and works out the time it takes to get to each camera after that and they work on time, not speed.

I would be very surprised if they did that DSG, just an intimidation tactic.

BTW Mr T has facial recognition software so circulation face isn't necessary, the system will identify you as you walk into camera scope and alert security.

time to practice my gurning .

Embarrassed about posting my finds today :o after poor Fudge2's horror story :(
After finding the TCOs & the QSs I did fret about being trouted but the queue organiser SA offered to put my items through on a SS till & could not of been more helpful :D
I said I had read on the Internet this morning about them being 1p & was hoping I had the right items & would be successful ;)
She put all my 1p QS bars & TCOs through the SS herself & asked where they were in store as she wanted them herself :)
I then rang my nephew who works nearby & he went and got some himself & is well pleased.
Guess what we will be exchanging at Easter? :rotfl:

No worries Snap, glad you got a nice sa and managed some treats :D

Just got back from a gardening shop around my town.

Both Home Bargains AND B&M have boxes of wildflower mix that covers 50 m2 for.... £1.49!!!!!!!!!

    Bargain or what!!!!

Also bought loads of other things like cornflowers, echinacea plants etc. all pollinator friendly stuff from the 2 shops above and wilkos.

    Not bad!

It's a maintainance free option for a wildflower area as no mowing required and more beautiful. I can't wait now. The back area of my garden is raised and has been left for nature with stacked wooden branches etc for beneficial bugs. Gonna fill every bare bit of soil now with wildflowers.

I also had 3 wooden raised beds prepared in one lawn to devote to the 'Bake your lawn' effort again (last year the hens ruined it!) but have now filled it already with meadow seeds.

Also decided last night to give the corner by my tree swing over to meadow plants too as the soil is poor and the lawn is real patchy there. Less mowing and more colour. Not to mention good for wildlife. I'm dead chuffed now!

Hope more folk do the same this year after being inspired by the recent series on the BBC.

Bee part of it and get Britain buzzing again!!!! :T

    :)

I know it's been mentioned before but I'm so pleased with my pie dish :D (even though they sent the wrong colour but I like it anyway)

On Jus Rol pastry at the moment is the offer. You need to buy 4 packs & send in the tokens with a cheque for £4.50.
3 different shapes to choose from Pie Dish, Flan Dish or Rectangular Dish.
2 colours to choose as well - Teal or Volcanic

I've nearly got enough tokens to get another as I found some whoopsied in the Co op the other day :D

    Offer ends 31st March

morning lovelies.....hope everyone is well :)

i know theres been a few peeps on here recently looking at getting a new printer.....well if you cant get a freebie from Ts...maybe this one could be ok?

Epson BX305FW+ 4in1 printer....(think HC said Epson are quite cheap on ink too)....£41.66 exc vat, cant find any codes for money off (but someones bound to have one somewhere!) ... and 7% Quidco too xxx

    http://www.staples.co.uk/stylus-bx305fw-plus-4in1?prefix=ABP&campaign=EM-ABP&campaign=em-ABP&utm_source=customer&utm_medium=em&utm_content=printer&utm_campaign=em08032012

    :)

Genuine inks aren't too bad price wise and there are cheaper cartridges out there. The only thing wrong with Epson cartridges is they can't be recycled or refilled.
