FannyAdams and Wondercollie, I'm a massive book person as well, only really asked for books this christmas and got more books for valentines as well, and will be getting some more instead of an Easter Egg this year. I bought a new book case in the summer and its full already. I use the good reads app for my books and have 150 books on my 2 read list already (don't worry I don't have that many in the house waiting to be read)

Don't forget your local library ladies - it's free to borrow books :money:and you take them back when finished so you don't end up with loads of books in the house.

Commercial break over, time to report some UUs:

Estee Lauder gentle eye make up remover - WNBA - although I liked the fact that this was a liquid rather than a cream eye make up remover, it stung my eyes a bit. This was a GWP and am now back on Liz Earle eyebright - one of my HG products along with Gatineau Floracil.

Boots mediterranean lemon and rosemary hand cream - WNBA - just not as rich as my HG L'Occitane. I found this a bit thin in consistency. Am now using Liz Earle hand repair - much better, sinks in well but moisturises effectively.

I used to love reading to the extent that I had piles TBR and am trying to get back to this stage rather than watching so much TV. I used to be a fan of bookarmy and could do with another website or app like this. Is the good reads app available on Android?

I used to be able to persevere with anything but I just don't have the patience any more. Have recently put down Calling Romeo by Alexandra Potter because it's just drivel. Personally, I think she only had one good book in her which was Me and Mr Darcy. Am now reading The Woman in Black which is so spooky.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Goodreads has a website and an android app. The website is more detailed but the app allows you to scan books in as well. I have the woman in black upstairs on my to read shelf. I'm currently reading 1Q84 books 1&2.

Sawan - it might be worth you emailing Carmine and asking what would be in your box (you could mention that you know the original box has sold out). They're really nice and helpful. I got the original box with the Steam Cream and the Balance Me shower gel. I've never had a bad box from them though (fingers crossed they don't suddenly go downhill like GlossyBox!) I received the Andrea Fullerton nail varnish in shade 'Matthew' - I wouldn't have chosen this but I actually like it now :). I had the Bling Tone eye shadow in an earlier box in a greenish glittery shade and the lovely Japonesque brush was also in an earlier box. I suspect that you could sub for this one box and then un-sub but it's definitely worth checking first. :)

That's a great idea! I couldn't easily see a contact email address, so sent them a tweet. I hope they reply tomorrow. Though to be honest I really don't need any more polishes or shadows... :o

You are so right km we should all use our local library to stop them from being closed. I've got out of the habit of popping along to the one local to work as I always seem to need to shop at lunch at the mo!

Back OT I bet I'd love the smell of that Boots one that you use as I love citrussy fragrances. I too however love L'Occitane and have decided (now that I'm getting to the end of a tube of TBS Hemp) that I'm going to splurge on this every time I need a new one.

Don't know if anyone has seen but over on ST.com they are talking about Smashbox in that it appears they are pulling out of the UK/Europe market. Such a shame cos I love their lipglosses and eyeliners.

Some INs to declare, James Brown Shampoo, Conditioner & Moisture mask on 3 for £10 in Boots. I figure this was necessary as I am on last shampoos in stash and I'd prefer to get things on offer than run out completely and have to buy at full price.

Also treated myself to a Max Factor purple mini nail varnish - strictly unnecessary!

UU a Radox African Savannah shower gel, did the job but nothing special. Also a body lotion from a cheap christmas gift set.

Not even a week in and i've failed big time...

In the last twenty four hours i've bought

4 leighton Denny polishes; 3 Nails Inc polishes and 2 Max Faxtor polishes.

    I can't resist pretties...

Add to that my BS order which turned up today; 2 x face creams, a serum, an eye cream, 2 x hand creams, a body butter, a shower gel, and a [illow mist. None of which i need.

    I think i need rehab.
I'm so boring, my clothes wanna keep someone else warm, someone cooler
