suidreams, I'm sorry to hear about your Aunt. I've heard today that my Uncle has had a stroke (yesterday) so my Aunty (his sister) is busy legging it up the motorway to Scotland to see him and start sorting things while I'm sitting here making a list of things which may need to be done or put in place for his return home.
I've had to reset my new (to me) phone and sadly have lost all of the pictures and phone numbers on it. Hopefully my BiL will have copies of the pictures as they have his kids on too.

DH took me to Argos and Superdrug today. I'm really not very well and really shouldn't be pushing myself as much I have been.
Anyway, only needed to get some hand was from Superdrug and the cashier asked if I wanted to buy a mascara that was on special offer. It's the new one with the flared brush. Anyway, I declined. Proud of myself.My husband said that when she offered it, his heart skipped a beat because he thought that I'd accept.:rotfl:

I use topcashback as there's no £5 yearly charge and if you can find a better rate of cashback on another cashback site thenthey will match it. I've had over £900 since I've started using it over a couple of years.
I use TCB too for the same reason. Didn't know they rate matched.Did owe £9,951.96
Now helping hubby pay off loan. Finally paid off :j

SuiDreams - I'm very sorry to hear about your Aunt.
Kaz - I'm so sorry to hear about your Uncle. I hope that he is able to make a good recovery and that it's not too stressful for you having to make lots of arrangements. I hope that someone is able to retrieve your photographs for you too.
((((hugs)))) to both of you.0 -
LadyM - I'm so pleased to hear that you've managing to get out and about a little. Very well done for resisting the mascara :j Your OH sounds so sweet and supportive
Adela - have you tried switching to non-SLS shampoo? I was getting horrible sore bumps on my head and big flakes of skin coming off (much bigger than dandruff! Eeek!) Fortunately I read about SLS sensitivity and thought it was worth changing my shampoo. It worked! It took about a month for my scalp to heal but I don't have any probs now (I had assumed it was a strange M.E. symptom much like your Doc is assuming it's stress in your case). I made the change a few years ago when there was very little choice of non-SLS shampoo. Things have got much better since then in terms of choice across different budgetsI switched to natural conditioner as well although I don't think that was causing me problems. Having said that, I was really excited to try a sample of the Macadamia nut treatment mask and was sad to find that something in it irritated my scalp, so I guess I just have to be careful (no hair dye for me either
)
I think that it's great that you're doing the OU MA. I hope that you can afford to keep going with it. I started the reading and was looking forward to doing it but my M.E. really crashed me out and I did get worried about the fees. It's such an interesting course0 -
