    Well well well people!!!!

    The end is nigh!

I'm pleased to see/hear/read that we're all feeling a little bit more lifted, maybe its the thought of the eggs that did it!!!

I was having an ok day till I got home to find a letter from Abbey, due to change in policy cant cancel PPI but you can apply for a new loan, however this may not save you money!

Well thanks Abbey, you can kiss my bank accounts goodbye when I'm DF you horrible horrible nasty people!

    Then..........
Theres a letter from my estate agent telling me that my rent is late and they've charged me £15 for it!
So phoned them and said hang on my rent goes direct to the landlord, then this woman is telling me she'll have to investiaget that because they haven't got any record of that blah blah blah. Told her I had the letter in front of me from the landlord but still she wouldnt budge!

Any 20 mins later and no call back, so I phoned my landlord's secretary (it's a buildign firm who actually own it) anyway "No you're 100% right, and it does go straight to us because I wrote you the letter" Thats what I thought I told her... then she pointed out that noone from the agents had rung her anyway! She also told me that if they do continue to harass me for an admin charge I should just call her and she'll call them for me :)
    How super lovely of her.

Anyway did have brief moment of thinking oh my god whose got all my money! But I'm calm now..................

    Phew! lol
I've now got 5 days off worky poos and looking forward to having a nice relaxing time.
BF is on form and has taken steps to sorting out his money issues (well gently being pushed by his Mum) so feeling much better about that....

I'm not sure I can cope with a week off......
I'll miss you lot while we have our unnecessary week :)

  • I got to have an easter egg today. One of the departments at work had lots of food including cream eggs :)

No spend other than postage and some jiffy bags to send things in, but that's already been paid for.

    Doo doo doo.

One week in, I've spent nothing so far. I did almost give in to a Charmed boxset from the Shop... board, but I stood strong. Wooh!

Well done to everyone who finishes this weekend :D

Good luck with the interview ciara!

I've just worked out that I should have money left at the end of my month instead of the other way round:j Will be even better if OH jobs pay well and he remebers that he owes me money too!
Some of it earmarked for little treats but there should be an extra £40+ to feed the big CC monsters!!
I didn't spend money today and even managed to 'make' £2.20 as had to go into town for work and of course I had very little change when it came to parking car, but I took a colleague who stumped up the rest inreturn for the lift and then I claimed parking back! (only slightly immoral I think)
I think I'm only going to have a couple of days off - incase I get carried away.

Going into work tomoorrow & Monday (Double time & keeps me away from the shops!):rotfl:

    Hi Everyone

Sorry been soooo busy I haven't had chance to actually post but I have checked in everyday for an update on everyone :rotfl:

Easter egg hmmm I have to go with seaxwyn on the Green and Blacks. I love the rich slightly bitter cocoa flavour and I find it lasts longer as well as it satisfies the cravings quicker :EasterBun

Well we're nearly there and I can't believe I only spent once in the whole time, I think that's a record :rotfl:

So whens our official Unecessary Queen going to start our new thread  I can see we're going to have a lot of new members :T How about :money: Martin says no and so does the Queen :money: :rotfl:

EDIT Crossed posts so Good luck with the interview ciara and Well done with the doubletime pippo
