Happy birthday CAFCgirl!!!!!
Don't let that loser bf get you down.
I've let the side down and spent £1 on a Mother's Day card. I know I could have made one but I thought about it and decided my mum would actually really prefer a bought one.
Also spent 55p on the local paper. I'm involved in a campaign to stop the National Trust felling a beautiful avenue of old beech trees so I wanted to see if the paper had covered it. It hadn't - boo hoo. The paper does have a competition to win some beauty products so I'll enter in the hopes of getting something back for my 55p.
I have just won two tickets to the Ideal Home Show in another comp - should I use them or sell them? Opinions please.Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620 -

Happy Birthday CAFCgirl, and well done on getting your deposit back!
Thanks for all the advice everyone my friend loved her presents, and I charged the kids, they moaned but still paid up. No point in charging DH as all money is joint. (I think I made a profit anyway!!) He, like CAFCgirl's BF is going to St Patrick's night do even though I offered to cook Irish food at home. Apparently he has to go because the Guinness is on offer that night!!business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527
