Hi
I have made two succesful PPi claims with Lloyds TSB and Capital One. Both were very straight forward after I sent the claim form that is provided on this website. However, I am currently trying to claim for a old Mothercare Store Card which I opened in 2008. I have been in contact with Santander as I have no record of the account number. I provided them with my previous address as well as other details that they requested but they can't find my account?! I am wondering if another company was in charge of the Mothercare accounts previously? Would be grateful for anyones advice as Santander aren't being very co-operative.
Many thanks

Forgot to mention I was arrears for some time on this account so it got taken over by an agency. I don't know if that would make the process of re-claiming any different?

Send them a SAR and £10. See the sticky on the front page. If the aco!!!! is closed they may have destroyed any info.
Depends on who the debt was sold to. If ti was kept in house, your redress, if you get any, will go towards the debt first.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
