As they've rejected you three times, I think you may need to refer this to FOS. As I said, you only have six months from the date of the first rejection to complain to the Ombudsman...
Thanks, the funny thing is that I got the third reject letter before my third letter had even been delivered to them! Lloyds must be able to see in to the future. I have called them to discuss this but was told they have nothing on their system and I should take it up with the FOS.0 -
I sent them a completed form on November 11th and again on Dec 6th! have had heard nothing! Anyone know of a number to call or any advice?0

Thank you.
No company has your entire credit history, only the last six years or whatever has been closed in the last six years.
Any one of the reputable ones will have it, but they don't have full account numbers involved, only partial ones.
Experian
Equifax
Noodle seem to be quite popular too.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
I sent copies to two different addresses as I was not sure of the address . The card was taken out with associates who changed to citi and then opus so I am confused:( Still not sure I have sent it to the right place! Opus have been no help!0

Whoever owned the liability of the card when you closed it is who you send your complaint to.
If you haven't had a reply in 8 weeks to the original complaint, you can refer it to the FOS and let them sort it out, but then you will wait for 18 months or thereabouts.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
