Phone them again and tell them what you were told about the ppi previous and if they do not deal with this complaint you will take this to FOS as this is front loaded ppi and you were not told it was a loan on a loan to term end with interest.

I take it you settled this early? if you did you would have had a rebate of the ppi, but the remaining ppi was still there and you paid this back in the settlement.
If this does not work then send them a Sar

Just spend my day off going through old accounts etc, have 3 mortgages with ppi included in, one going back to 1994 and 3 loans one in 1990, 1994 and 1997? Not got all the paperwork but know some account numbers, have sent off letters and made phone calls. Do you think I'll reap any rewards?

i got paid out for a 1994 loan, so i chanced and asked for a 1992 loan this again was paid out. So i have now been asked for a 1989 loan with only the account number and its being investigated now. i did question why all loans werent investigated at the same time and they said its because of the time lapse since they were taken out. If you dont ask you dont get lol

Hi folks, just register my ppi complaint again RBS for a personal loan back in 2003. So great, ball is rolling.

Now my question. I was in the army and bought my first car back in 2002 using HP and according to my credit report it was provided by Armed Service Finance, but i cannot find any way to contact them, its not bringing up anyting on google. im struggling with what to do next? I shredded the paperwork years ago . Any one know what my next step is
