Apologies if this is a duplicate but I'm on my way out and only did a quick serach Watchdog 7pm tonight will have an article on how banks will be 'fighting back' against customers who re-claim unlawful bank charges

Also bear in mind that our partners may not be very good at keeping your joint account in the black (I know mine was terrible with our joint account but never o/d on hers ?)
