Erm I'm a little worried now. I have requested my statements from Capital One and have just today recieved a letter saying there is a problem and they could be up to a further 3 weeks. Any chance this is a stalling tactic from them in the hope something is sorted in this period?0

quite an informative, if slightly worrying feature. im also with nationwide, and am awaiting their defence with MCOL, and really dont want the hassle of having to send bailiffs in if they dont pay up. fingers crossed for an easy settlement!0
