  • I just redeemed my second 5000 for £50. My last redemption was in March - not as bad as people make it out to be!

I redeemed £50 in February and received it 27 days later. I had issues the February before with the payment but the money did come, if later than promised.

So, I wouldn't worry too much.

Myself and my Mum have both had cashouts in the last few months, both arrived within 21 days.

It is worth mentioning that when you get to around £40-£42 they tend to send out a survey saying something about how you've not always been accurate in your answers, I know because both my Mum and I got it, despite always being careful, and had to go carefully through the survey as there were a few tricks along the way. This happened to both of us within the last few months so perhaps they do it randomly to people and those caught out are conveniently missed off getting their payment?

Not trying to cause panic to those waiting, but this happened to both of us, despite us both having cashouts before...! I did wonder if there was one survey we'd had a problem with and perhaps that was why... Anyway, we got paid within 3 weeks.

I've never had any such survey...

I did say 'so perhaps they do it randomly' ;)

I've been a member of YouGov for several years and it has happened twice to myself now.

  • I requested a cashout on the 30th September after nearly 3 years (although I did have periods of slackness), glad to see that other people have been paid as I was starting to get a bit nervous.

Is anyone waiting for a payment from December?

It seems to be longer than YouGov's payment schedule.
  • Anybody else having problems getting paid by YouGov?

Requested payment 30th Jan, have received nothing, and despite emailing them via their contact page and finding a direct email to a person's name on Twitter and emailing that, I've had no response from that either.

Bit concerned, as I seem to recall they've paid out quite quickly in the past.

so i thinnk they would be fake

Thanks for your reply sam, but there is no way that YouGov are fake.

I've been doing their surveys for many years and have always been paid out previously.

I know that payments are quite slow occasionally and that is the reason I asked the question.

Have no worries about YouGov being a legitimate company though, and know that payment will come through eventually.
