What's unfair about that? Doesn't every job have it's own perks?

I'll be going out to tesco later to collect my online order, I can't mess up as its a 35minute drive away, no public transport in my village and my car is getting MOT-ed tomorrow and likely to be out of action for a while :P
    Can anyone tell me:
    - Do I have to have proof of address or just proof of ID?
    - Do they require a print out of the order confirmation?
    - What time are collection desks usually open until? I can't find times anywhere..

    Thanks :)
    GC2012: Nov £130.52/£125
    GC2011:Sept:£215
    Oct:£123.98Nov:£120Dec:£138Feb:£94.72

    Quit smoking 10am 17/02/11 - £4315 saved as of Nov'12

Engaged to my best friend 08/2012:heart2:

1.Do I have to have proof of address or just proof of ID?
I believe it's just proof of ID but if there's any reason for you to suspect that proof of address may be needed just take something to be safe. However, I have only been asked to show the debit card that it was paid with.

2.Do they require a print out of the order confirmation?
In my store they do. Or, at least, you'll have to show them the email confirmation I believe (not sure if it could be shown on a smartphone?).

3.What time are collection desks usually open until? I can't find times anywhere..
The only way I know is: add an item to your basket -> checkout -> choose store collection -> choose your store. At this point it will show you the opening times. Then just stop the checkout :)

    Hope this helps!
Goal: Win a car (or cash to buy one :))! -- Haha goal from when I was a student. Never actually won this but got a good job instead.

    What I achieved:
    Car paid in full straightaway.
    Two properties fully paid. Wohhoooo!

this needs reporting to head office it is supposed to be a sale to encourage customers to shop there, its about time tesco staff did what they are paid to do and serve customers with a little respect, and not doing just as they please!

How very bitter you sound. I am the original OP of this thread and its small minded selfish people like you who will make me, and Im sure others, think twice about trying to help out in the future.
