    Pigpen,

I'd probably go for a second washer and tumble drier. Logic being, you can share the wear and tear on the current washer and get the washing out of the way faster.

Originally, I thought "get another tumble drier later in the year as it's nearly summer and you can dry stuff on the line" but then saw sense over the British weather:rotfl:

And it would get all the moving appliances and knocking holes in walls out of the way in one go.

And for me, tonight will be Operation Reclaim the Kitchen Table.

Car now in the garage, just have to wait for the phone call _pale_
The nice RAC man even gave me a lift home from the garage :) I've put the heating on ready for the repair man to hear the noise it makes so of course it's not doing it now is it?!!

DW on as is the WM & TD, one load on the airer, work tops wiped and fruit tea made :) I have loads of washing to put away but don't want to put anything in the airing cupboard before the man's been.

I'm going to drink my fruit tea and tidy up the front room while I wait for the machines to finish.

Hi everyone; Monday is Kitchen Day in the Wolf's Lair, and I've done pretty well, I think. Even got up on the step stool and did the windows! Well, there was Dylanesque Nose Art to remove from the lower pane in the back door; having done that and seen how black the cloth was, I thought I'd better do all the other glass panes in the kitchen!:D

I've also been furkling the bungalow for stuff to go in the recycling bag, as the bin men are due tomorrow - suddenly it's gone from half full to bulging!:D

We're supposed to be attending the CAMRA branch meeting tonight - it's in a pub I can get the wheelchair in, for a change (although there's no disabled loo:() so I thought we'd go along and find out how "J" is getting on now he has to do all the spreadsheet stuff himself. 'Twas he who implied that it's an easy-peasy job, and I shouldn't be upset at being given 300 lines to enter all in one hit! I'm betting he'll be laughing the other side of his face by now!;)

Pizza for dins tonight - I've made the base; just need to construct the topping a bit later. Cheese, onion, Quorn bacon-style strips, pine nuts, tomatoes and pineapple pieces.;)

Have a great day, all, and Happy Flying!:rotfl:

    Afternoon all

I've done the kitchen/diner and also dusted the living room and hallway (computer desk) and vacuumed right through and up the stairs. One load of washing done and I've just pegged some of it out, it was drizzling earlier.

Walked up to shopping centre and then home "the long way" to make it longer. Sleepy now....
