Car Park Scam: Car Washing.

Hi everyone, I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this, but I'm really not sure what to do. At about 12.30 today I parked in a car park where there is a hand car washing company operating. My car was filthy so I decided to have it washed. The car 2 cars to the left had been washed and they'd done a good job. So…
