I hope you don't mind me butting in....I have just read through your whole Diary....and your brave-ness and strength just shines through....I think you're amazing!!

Oh, and before I forget.... :A :A :A for Superman

My Niece has special needs....She has a chromosome missing and cannot walk or talk....but we love her just as much as we ever have....She can understand everything but right now it's difficult because she doesn't seem to be happy with anything we do for her....and she'll often just sit there and cry and we don't know what to do for her because she can't tell us - It breaks my heart....but when she laughs it just lifts my whole day....

Anyway....I hope it's okay for me to keep up with your Diary and Post every now and again....and Happy Easter to you, Mr Hinge, Superman, Miss Hinge and Baby Hinge (did I get that right?? )....

Thankyou he is made up, "d'at won wings" whilst jumping up and down like a loon!

Working today. Off Monday and Tuesday Looking forward to the long weekend!!

I'm on a long 4 day weekend and it feels shamazing already just to be at home!

Mr Hinge has no concept of sharing chores HaW I have tried until I am blue in the face for the last decade and it is a no brainer, he is just not compatible to house work :rotfl:

I think once all the [STRIKE]cr*p[/STRIKE]junk and carbootie goodies have gone I will be less stressed and housework will be alot easier. Last night Super man had a grand total of 2hours sleep and I think we are both just exhausted that little bits blew us up.

I never iron anything wich is why it is Mr Hinge's job :rotfl:he is the one that chooses to iron!

I had a head start today Stripe :rotfl:Superman started the day at 3am which cries for cake :eek: by 5am the oven was on and the first lot in to bake

Just caught up after failing to subscribe and losing your diary. Sorry to hear of your short night/Loooooong day. Hope you get a bit more rest tonight. Hope you and DH are friends again too, but if not it's deffo his turn for the sofa!

Re the housework thing, it's just a never ending battle with young kids. I do one room, go off to do room two and then come back and find room one a tip again :mad:. Today I just closed the doors on the rooms upstairs as they were so bad. DH's friend and his girlfriend popped round and when she asked to use the bathroom I said no problem, confident that the bedroom doors were closed. Except DS1 had opened ALL of them meanwhile :eek:. I was so embarrassed:o and spent the afternoon tidying up, even though no one will now see it :rotfl:.

Hope the Easter Bunny is good to Miss Hinge, Baby Hinge, Superman and the King Xx

He wants to cling to me like super glue and wriggly, starfish interrupted sleep is better then sofa sleep! The consultant has increase the doseage on his night seds but they don't seem to work one bit:eek:

We stopped answering the door about 18months ago :eek: problem solved lol

I spent some money in the Sainsburys toy sale and got Superman a ironman transformer car, Miss Hinge a monster high doll and A wooden train set for baby Hinge. Great grandma and grandad went halves with us and they will enjoy it more then chocolate in the long run! They do have 2 eggs each and some little chocolate rabbits from friends and neighbours.

Miss Hinge is up and in the loft, it is still to paint but all her furniture is up there and it looks good! it is much bigger the the box room she had :j I think the little cherub is brewing something, she is rather feverish and aches alot.... She has been tucked up in bed since 6pm and is making the most of the peace up there!:rotfl:

No more tidying or shifting tonight I am bushed going to settle Superman:A:A on the sofa with a dvd and try and catch up on my knitting, I have been asked to knit a few things to sell so ought to get cracking..... the money will help buy Miss Hinges rug and the Spiderman wall paper for :A:ASuperman's room!

Well I would say come in and grab a cuppa ut it seems we are all out of tea bags :eek:im like a bear with a sore head with out my morning cuppa

The little Hingers are bickering like made today, Miss Hinge is full of cold and grumpy, Baby Hinge wants to climb all over grumpy big sister and superman is cheesed of at sharing his prime position in front of the tv with either of them! So I feel i need to hunt out my whistle and play referee!

Mr Hinge is still in bed, if i didnt have to do the washing I would throw him a bucket of iced water :mad: lazy sod made worse by how much we have to cram in to this long weekend!

Lunch will be veggie soup with toast, YS bread that has seen better days and tea will be left over beef stew with y.puds, roasties and mash with broccoli so minimal effort required today!

Meal plan for next week looks like this;

Sunday: roast chicken dinner
Monday: gammon and chips
Tuesday: spag bol
Wednesday: chicken curry and rice
Thursday: lasagne
Friday: pizza and wedges
Saturday: sausage and mash
Sunday: roast beef dinner

That should empty the freezer and apart from milk, bread,ham yoghurts, fruit and the obligatory ribena we shuldn't need much else from the shop. I am avoiding totting up my grocery spends as i am certain the £300 challenge with change i set us this month is just too low:cool:

It is freezing here and the snow is beginning to fall again, the Easter bunny show that Superman takes his rabbits to is cancelled today so will have to find something else to entertain him :eek: more baking perhaps!

The King is loving the holidays, we have visited the local parks lots, he loves the swings!

On Monday we are are visiting a park where there are miniature trains and he loves riding them.
