:j:j:j:j:j:j:j we are all on a sugar induced high from all the free samples at the chocolate factory

Good day over all, very early up and out the door to get the coach with masse of strong coffee!

Today I feel very blessed, all 3 little Hinges behaved like angels :A:A:A I am bushed, baby Hinge is getting very heavy to [STRIKE]lug around[/STRIKE] baby wearing.

Hoping to get to the car bootie Sunday so will spend tomorrow evening and saturday sorting out the boxes of junk ready to go! :rotfl:

Mr Hinge has signed up to lovefilm by TCB and earnt £10 and another £10 for me as his referer :T:T hoping tonight i can sit down and watch a nice film.........:o one that has no mention of superheroes :rotfl::rotfl:

Should find out tomorrow what is happening with my car, the guy at the repair shop doing the estimate seemed to think it may get written off :( I am hoping this is not the case as it is only a small dent and some paintwork!

Picked up a Ys chicken on the way home for £1.25 :money::money: so that will be [STRIKE]stretched with in a inch of it's life[/STRIKE] cheapie tea with some pasta and a jar or sauce :D

    How is everyone today?

 hope the car doesn't get written off!

Glad everyone had a lovely trip today.

Hoping the King will have a good sleep or Mr Stripe to do the night time shift if the king wakes. May bribe Mr Stripe or just kick his a**!

Any tips for a successful car boot, would like to attempt one too :D

Ooooo  Hope car is ok!!

Come down from your high yet?! ;)

We keep talking about a car boot but have never actually managed it. Really must try harder to get organised!! :p Kinda a bit fed up with ebay. Plus the hassle of postage. Car boot a quicker way to get rid of stuff :D

And I'm good - it is Friday after all!!

:rotfl: we just wing it at the car bootie! :rotfl: Miss Hinge is my side kick and secret selling weapon, we take things that haven't sold on ebay/ not worth the postage with the mindset if it doesn't sell it will go to the charity shop so any ££ made are a bonus!

We take flasks of hot drinks and sarnies with us otherwise we eat the profits :rotfl::rotfl:

How are you today? King behaving?!

Hi Mrs Hinge how are you today?
The stripes have had a fab day. We went to a park and fed the ducks and [STRIKE]visious[/STRIKE] swans. Then had a lovely meal out, the king behaved really well and was full of smiles. He has had such a day he's having a few zzzzz's on the couch now.

Superman:A is on a major sugar crash and is very emotional today, i haven't long been home from work and I wish I had stayed for the overtime

Today held alot of surprises at work and none of them very joyful :o restructuring of the areas we work means i wont be sharing a area with my useless jobshare :j:j but i will be losing my area and moving to another area. We are all based in a central office location so travel is no different etc but I have worked my ars€ of to bring my area up to date and iron out all the crap to have to leave it for someone else and start all over again bringing up to date a larger area. It is soul destroying that all the hard work I put in to make my job run smoother in the long run will be passed over to someone to benefit from that hasn't the brains to do it for themselves. The icing on the cake is the 3 high stress cases that i would be more then happy to see the back off will have to remain allocated to me "out of area" as they feel I am best equipt to deal with them:eek:

On a more positive note I am sticking to eating healthier, even though this morning work meeting left me wanting to raid the biscuit tin!:rotfl::rotfl:

    Thankyou Stripes.

I'm glad you had a good day and the King behaved! I always feel over whelmed on days when they behave adorably and we have no battles to deal with.

Superman has just about lynched baby Hinge over the tv remote  time of some alone time for him, I am working on making him a weighted blanket for when he is like this, have you heard anything about them?

I heard from other parents they are great, we tend to use a small pillow on the King as he gets warm very easily and it does the trick....most of the time. Are there any sensory libraries by you, they usually loan them for free.

The king is giving Mr Stripes a hard time at the moment, its bath time. I would help but I am [STRIKE]on here[/STRIKE] busy tidying downstairs :p

The kettle is on the boil and the little Hinges have had breakfast, today I know will be a good day, what did my granny used to say?! "I can feel it in my waters" :rotfl::rotfl:

I [STRIKE]slaved away[/STRIKE] filled out 3 more surveys whilst supervising breakfast :rotfl:didn't do a very good job Baby Hinge has plastered his porridge everywhere  yet I did cash out £10 e-voucher :j:j that will sit in my @mazon account until birthday/christmas times!
It is my friends little girls 1st birthday next week so have to deliver her card and present :D a lovely little wooden shape sorter in the shape of a Noah's ark with animals as the shapes no less then £7.00 in the b00ts post christmas sale :money:

Today will be spent sorting out boxes and Junk and getting up to date with the laundry :o It seems Mr Hinge is on Strike

Superman :A is snuggled up on the sofa in his pj's dozing after a rotten night, Miss Hinge is [STRIKE]making my ears bleed[/STRIKE] talking the hind leg of a donkey :rotfl: and Baby Hinge has taken to head butting the floor in a fit of temper  we will ignore that until he learns not to do it or breaks his head which ever comes first :o

Food today is sausage and mash with frozen mixed veg, the fridge and freezer look very bare, roll on Tuesday when I can go shopping! I need to rethink the food budget, £300 is just not manageable with Miss Hinge's GF food's, Supermans fads and Ribena (£35 on Ribena this month :() and Mr Hinge's need for 2 hot meals daily packed with meat  I am going to look around for a local butcher to see if that may work out cheaper. we eat a lot of chicken, mince, bacon, sausage and beef (joint or diced) with the occasional gammon/steak. Spuds and eggs we buy in bulk at the farm shop, Fruit and veg we buy from Aldi/Mr A but I work on the edge of town so may start venturing to the market twice a week to see if I can do this any cheaper. How do you all keep food costs down?! Y.S works for meat and veggies when we can get them but we need a structured meal plan so Superman:A knows what is coming "now and next"

I want to step away from the cooking sauces Mr Hinge LOVES so much, :eek:Dolmio and curry jars are the baine of my life! it costs more to make his portion of bolagnaise then it does to make a huge pan full for the rest of us! No matter how I cook it he just notices the taste is different!

The Bunnies have been my next "project" to cut costs, feeding 5 of them with 2 giants that eat like horses is not cheap! They offer Superman so much calmness and enjoyment that I can not part with them. So the plan I made is like this:

1)Join them up to the vets care plan scheme £6 each per month but covers all there worming, vax, teeth checks nail trims (i do these myself anyway) and gives 25% of all vets bills/treatements. I have signed up 3 already when they got vaccs last week and will sign up the Giants when they are due in July. Total savings I worked out to be £22 per bunnie x 5 :money:

2)Bulk buy food in 10kg bags, hay, sawdust from farm shop when we get spuds and eggs, we do this already but we don't buy enough for the whole month then run out and have to got to the [STRIKE]rip of merchants:rotfl:[/STRIKE] pet store, The side porch is clean and dry and has space for supplies which would save us £10-2 a month, I will also make more of an effort to bring home the shredded bags for bedding, this is ok for the giants as they don't eat it but best not for the others  the vets bill would out weigh any savings :rotfl::rotfl:

3)As they have free range of the garden during the day they save us in electric cutting the grass:rotfl::rotfl: and fertiliser for the soil :o

What a mammoth post that turned in to:eek:

What do you all have planned today?
