Mrs Hinge you are awesome and never feel anything less :j. It's this life journey which has defined the beautiful woman you are today.
So glad Missy Hinge is doing well but expected because of her fighting spirit, wonder who she gets that from
The listening programme is 15 minutes twice a day for 5 days then a 2 day break for 40 weeks:eek: it did make me realise how difficult it was to fit in the sessions with our daily life and finding quiet time without Missy Stripes barging in . Week 1 is over at least :T
School has downloaded the tracks onto my nano. It's a reduced version of classical music using only one instrument sometimes with added bird sounds for effect. The sounds vary sometimes in ear to ear but apparently it's suppose to exercise the inner ear bone. Something like that :rotfl:
Have a lovely weekend Mrs Hinge x0 -
I totally agree with Stripes, you are awesome Mrs H (as are you stripes!). Don't ever forget it.
I'm amazed you are only in your twenties! I always picture you at least my age (35 gulp). XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

:rotfl::rotfl: i feel about 60 :T
I left home at 15 is makes you grow up overnight! so I am technically about 5 years ahead of schedule :rotfl:
Budget planning today as my car tax is due and it is in need of a new clutch  ........more blinking money!
We visited Grandma Hinge yesterday and it is the first time the little. Hinge's have been since Grandad Hinge left us, as much as we tried to explain to superman he obviously hadn't understood as he ran straight to grandads chair and asked where he was. Then repeatedly pointed to pictures of him saying "him, where's him gone? He can't be in heaven his chair is still here":A

So I have been rather slack recently at posting but I haven't been feeling quite myself. Today I finally had some answers and it seems I have polyarthralgia alongside fibromyalgia, I have been suffering really badly with anxiety and have been off sick for 2 weeks now
and have another 2 weeks written up. The pain is like something I couldn't possibly imagine and I'm really struggling to keep going. The days see me cat napping whilst the little Hinge's are at school, all those sleepless nights with Superman really have caught up with me. I am waiting to see if a few weeks of steroid therapy will kick in to reduce the pain.
In other news, I paid the car tax from money made in June £230 in total :jI fixed the car for £220 from our car savings fund and look to be finishing the month with more then shrapnel in the bank..... obviously I have felt too unwell to spend it :rotfl:
Missy Hinge had an awesome time on her school residential trip and handed me a letter for the next one in the new year  £300+ for a trip to Paris........
Superman has his yearly meeting to [STRIKE]argue the toss[/STRIKE] discuss his progress at school and plan his transition in to next year group and what support is needed. The new outreach worker is totally on the ball and I think she will do everything she can to help him...... even offered to take him home as "he is a little cutie!" I asked if we could take he up on that one at 3am when he still hasn't gone to sleep
In a bid to feel slightly more human I joined the local chub club in order to try and shift some lard  so I'm learning all about free foods, healthy extras and syns! I will waffle some more about this over the next few months I have set my first goal at losing 28lbs little steps and all that!
Mrs H..........who is in need of some serious painkillers yet getting off the sofa pain out weighs the good they do :cool:Living in a superhero induced haze :A:A

Sorry to hear you have been suffering
. Glad you get the chance to nap though while you are off work.
I belong to the same chub club as you. There is a SW support thread on MSE which is very helpful. You should join us XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Do you think the flair up could be stress related what with Mr H and all his shenanigans?
Hope he is helping with the kids as much as possible.

Listen to your body and just sleep, sleep and sleep!!
Most definitely stress related topped with 6 years of sleep deprivation.
I had a night away planned for the weekend, nothing big just a night in a premier inn with a old friend I haven't seen for 5 years, I ummed and Rrr'd about going but it has done me the world of good. We chatted, laughed, cried and sank enough vodka for everyone and it really helped. She even let me sleep in until after 9 am :T Mr H had all the children and I came back to a horrendous messy house, 3 grubby monsters and him stressed to the eye balls but I would still go again!
I am managing to sleep in the day a bit, Nana naps I call thembut I feel compelled to do something and it means Mr H is doing less and less.

 Missy Hinge reaches double figures tomorrow
:beer:party time!! well her and 4 friends are going out for "tea"....... the rest of us have instructions for a table at the other side of the restaurant :rotfl::rotfl:street credibility and all that
Today I have made a gluten/dairy free birthday cake, 48cupcakes,done 3 loads of washing and hanging out to dry, emptied the d/w and refilled it twice , cleaned the kitchen, hall way and living room and steam mopped all the floors. I am shattered and very sore but my house is no longer the sh!t3 hole it has been for months. now to tackle the 5 baskets ( yes 5) of ironing that Mr Hinge has been avoiding and wrap the presents for the morning.... not that she has many
she has already had most of them
This month is double payment month for all the things we get 4weekly and I am determined to keep one lot of everything back for savings. We go on holiday in just over a week and have a modest budget for food and treats but have our Merlin passes and Tesco vouchers for days out!
Now to tackle the ironing and wrap the presents...... new hair dryer...check! Loom bands....check! girlie watch....check, book....check,2 x collapsible water carriers....check!! :rotfl:it's a Synchro thing :rotfl:
