Tax credits have finally updated after our switch overs income support, it generated a lump sum payment of £645 so that has been tucked away for new wardrobes. The sofa will have to come with us and we will save for a upgrade. It's only 5 years old and was very expensive but also very poor quality.... We probably don't help matters by sleeping in it so much :rotfl:

We have a new addition to the family.....not a baby :rotfl: , a puppy. The King is still wary of the pup but seems keen, loves it when she plays fetch.

The best part because the king and missy stripes both have a common ground with the pup (she can be jumpy they avoid her) they have bonded really well.

I am sure the King will love to walk the pup when we can let her out after her second set of vaccinations.

As for me it's like having a baby but having to take her to toilet outside. At 1am she is not cute :cool:

Nearly forgot...the king, my non verbal boy said 'why' directly looking at me with eye contact :j:j:j:j I've waited for years for that, onwards and upwards.

I am glad she is making a huge impact for them, we recently got 2 bearded dragons, Superman and Master Hige adore them and work together to look after then!

we are hoping to get the keys for the new house this time next week :beer: Best start packing!!!


The last few weeks the greying cloud of glumness has reared it's ugly head and no matter what I do it won't p!£$ off! Moneywise we are doing good and the house move will be amazing but I can't put my finger on why I feel so blinking miserable

weightloss is more weight gain these days need to get back on the diet wagon as my jeans are feeling rather suffocating :cool:

Mrs Hinge you're moving house, it's stressful and chaotic therefore it will be depressing. However, imagine sitting on the sofa with the kiddies with cuddles and hot chocolate in your new home. Persevere don't get down it'll be all worth it.

Hugs Mrs H, I feel similar (glum) and it's not nice. For the first time ever though, instead of comfort eating I'm having to force myself to eat as I just don't fancy anything.
