Planning on 2 NSD's. Today and tomorrow :j. I have dinner in for both days, Have enough bread and milk. We don't eat big breakfasts or lunches. So Thursday I will have £8 of my £12 left..........well thats the plan !
Clothes I have far to many and at a rough guess 3 suitcases in the loft thats too small !! So its going to be a sort and Ebay I think.
OH mam just rang to say she is making broth for tea tomorrow, so thats another day sorted. My Wednesday meal will now do Thursday :j. Might be able to squeeze in 3 NSD's ?Provident[STRIKE] £550[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£450[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£400[/STRIKE] £300, Friend [STRIKE]£1000[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£900[/STRIKE], £800 :j

Just canceled my credit file subscription........saving me £15 a month, :j. I used to like keeping and eye on it. It has gone up from very poor to poor, but its not worth £15 a month for the pleasure of watching it go up.
I do not intend looking for credit of any description, Its maybe a good thing I cant get any credit, keep me out of trouble. Might get a pleasant surprise, if I check in a year or so.Provident[STRIKE] £550[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£450[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£400[/STRIKE] £300, Friend [STRIKE]£1000[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£900[/STRIKE], £800 :j

My NS day today did not happen. I discovered Tesco's a shop I never bother with. I Spent £8 but all on food stuff, that can be used for meals and my bargain..........
I had 5 Easter eggs to buy. I bought 2 last month when I got paid £2 each in asda, a bargain I thought. But today I got 3 for £2.50 buy one get 2 free. They are a bit smaller but not the very small ones :j
So thats me ahead of myself "for once" usually buying them Easter Weekend.
That is another plan, get ahead with presents. Instead of grabbing something at the last minute, and paying more than I wanted too.
And another plan. I am not trying to save face and pretend I can afford it, to friends and family.Provident[STRIKE] £550[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£450[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£400[/STRIKE] £300, Friend [STRIKE]£1000[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£900[/STRIKE], £800 :j

Good news on the easter eggs if you have to buy them. I just need the two I think but watching for an offer.
Makes sense to cancel the credit reference subscription. Is there anything else not strictly essential? I got rid of everything we didn't have to have rather than just have money slide out. We have freeview rather than sky, and the only not strictly essential are the phones which have been negotiated as low as they can be.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -
I am going through everything and checking. I do pay a gym membership but I do use it every week day. We are not go out people and we do not smoke, gym cost me £1.50 a day and I think I am worth that, but if it has to go a journey, then it will. We do have sky but just saved £25 on a full sky package rather than sky and bt, so I am happy with that.
Up to now saved £40 a month and I am doing well on the food cut backs.
I get paid on the 9th of March, so going to track every penny spent on everything especially food and see what I can get it down to.Provident[STRIKE] £550[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£450[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£400[/STRIKE] £300, Friend [STRIKE]£1000[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£900[/STRIKE], £800 :j

Morning money! how are you this sunny morning?
I kept the basic package for Sky, it was one luxury I thought I could afford, the other being a horseHowever, every other non essential hit the deck.
I don't go out very often, so I like to be able to watch the television if I'm not stalking people on their diaries that is!

Hiya Piq, yeah I think we have to have some space to enjoy something..........If didn't I would get sick and blow it, go on a spending spree ! I know myself soooo well. I am committed to getting rid of my debt but I know for a fact I could not cut out every pleasure out. It would just not work for me.
Although we go out very rarely, I did like a glass of wine on a night but I have cut that out. Never had a glass for 4 weeks. Just realized thats another £16-20 a month saved :j Never gave that a thought before now.:T
We are going to the pictures when I get paid but I am going to use my brothers orange phone and get two for one and go on orange wednseday.Provident[STRIKE] £550[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£450[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£400[/STRIKE] £300, Friend [STRIKE]£1000[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£900[/STRIKE], £800 :j

Thank you! Well done you on cutting out the wine, very very impressed. That might be the third luxury I've kept
, must be too much wine causing amnesia....
