    Thanks Fairyclicks! :)
I've started the 'double your money' process and have spent £13..... I may sell a bit of what I have now to bring in some more to buy more.... so hopefully I will more than double that!! When I figure out how to amend my signature I'll put progress on there....

    Signature now amended :)

Thanks Kendall :) I'm just planning on going to a little local auction (to start with anyway) so i can have a look at what is on offer :D

Yey badsaver - massive good luck on your first purchases!!

I'm waiting on ebay listings to finish and will be relisting starting at 99p to clear out the first batch of stuff i bought - i should still make a reasonable profit (hopefully anyway :D)

Finally just written up my books for 6-4-13 to date.

£270 of sales with £140 net profit. About £120 worth of ebay listings still to go.

Happy with that, looking forward to getting my hands on a wheelchair and zimmer frame on Tuesday which I bought for a fiver. Should reach £50-60 for the pair!

Yes the postage costs are dreadful now :( I just started using connect+ as i had a large item over 2 kg to post and got quoted £16 with royal mail, however connect+ charged just £5.99. I know there are several other options around too - myhermes, parcel2go and a few more i can't think of right now. Its probably worth checking what others are available for you locally :D

I have sold another few DM items - need to go through my spreadsheet and update. Just checked it all out and now have just £16 to get back before i hit profit :)

Kendall - thats a great profit you have made so far :):beer::beer: just out of curiosity what way are you keeping your books? I'm trying to find a suitable set up for mine and struggling a little to include everything properly - all the ebay and paypal fees and petrol costs as well as the item cost is a pain to keep track of - i'm sure there is an easier way for me to do them LOL!

Sold some more toothbrush heads! Trebled my money on them.
Got the wheelchair & zimmer today, paid £5 got them both listed for £20, but should easily go higher.

As an accountant by day, I'm in the know on how to keep my books.

I have a simple spreadsheet, I keep seperate sheets for expenses, mileage, income, stock and a simple cash account. Nothing spectacular. All interwork and create an income & epxenditure account.

If you pm me your email, i'll send across the spreadsheet I use with some tips/how to use it etc?
