Cos of my internet access I'm having a go at listing some buy it now with best offer listings on ebay this week - will be interesting to see if it makes any difference

A lot of people I speak to about eBay say the get fed up of waiting for auctions to end and would much rather buy it now....good luck

ah ha - discovered if i use my lappy with dongle upstairs i can sort of use internet for a few hours It takes me about an hour to do 5 min survey mind you anyway i managed a few on one poll and am now up to £26.60

Yeeehaaaaa sold 2 of my double money items today! total cost £2 and sold for £30 -gob-smacked i have to say LOL!

Progress so far then is started with £50 and now have £38.30 and 34 items left to sell

Hi all, I have been reading this thread with lots of interest. Firstly because I have so much stuff in my house that I really need to sell and secondly I love the idea of buying stuff cheaply to sell on at a profit!

I decided to start with £10 and I want to double this to £20 (but hopefully a lot more) by the end of May. I decided to start by finding baby items which are being sold cheap for collection only on Ebay in UK and then I am going to try and sell these in France, as I split my time between UK and France, and baby items in France are very expensive. I have started with buying a moses basket for 99p and a motorised baby swing for £3.99. The baby swing, I sold exactly the same one a couple of years ago for 42euros, so if I can do the same for this swing, I should make my target in one try!

I did also win some money at bingo the other night. My friend and I joined a bingo club last month and we had a voucher which entitled us to another night free. So we went Wednesday night, used our free voucher and only spent £2.50 on a drink and a small pizza. We ended up winning £50 which we split between us. I used part of the winnings to buy some easter treats for the kids and the other part of the winnings has provided my start up funds for this challenge.

Right I had better get on with actually listing my items for sale on various websites in France instead of talking about it on here!! My husband has started calling me Del Boy due to my new interest in this challenge!!

Thats really a great idea, buying here and selling in France - massive good luck for your first items. If you are anything like me you will have sold those and bought other things 10 times over by the end of May nice to have another Delboy onboard hehehehe xxx

I'm on £26.60 BUT have just completed a product testing survey and will receive a £5 reward when completed

I've got 4 pairs of shoes I paid next to nothing for, perhaps £4. I'll chuck them on eBay this weekend and see what happens.

Well done on your selling fairy, that's grand would be great if you could quadroople your money

Just bumped my total up to £27.95 i swear it took me over a year to get to £20 and now its flying up no product testing survey for me though lol!

I'm trying to figure out how to work with the double money dosh - i have a separate account for it, but can't make too many withdrawals so am debating over lodging all until i get to £50 before spending any more and half for the account and half to spend on more lol!
