Looks like I will have to get into eBay again as much as I hate it. Something I bought at auction last month for £20 (+fees) I just sold on eBay for over £46 after I could not sell it at an antiques fair for £35.
Even after eBay's enormous selling fees I have near enough doubled my money on that.Thank-you to everyone who posts comps :beer:0 -
Fairy where are you?!
I'm coming up with a new idea for this challenge, I want to make money from free money! £5 landed in my account today from getjam so with this free money I want to make more. Taking the fashion route I think, no matter what state the country is in financially people always seem to continue buying fashion. I bought some faith black suede peep toe stilettos from a car boot for £2. They are in excellent condition and timeless so I think I could get a bit for them. It will involve a bit of effort on my behalf sourcing the items but I think it could pay off...£20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0 -

Ok so here i am back in the land of MSE and resurrecting threads
apparently i'm not allowed to go quiet hahahahaha
Anyway, i just happened to be cruising a charity shop the other day and bought a few bits and bobs to sell on, to craftify and generally try to make some dough out of
I'm having a go at buying 'collectables' etc atm even though i have no idea about this whatsoeverbut sure its kinda fun trying to learn
So.......purchased items:
Silver cake basket - has some sort of hallmark/makers stamp but no idea what it meanspaid £4
2 x telephone money boxes - paid £2 each
Mohair wool x 10 balls - paid £5
So by my calculations that means i spent £13 and target is £26!
Hope you all come back to join me againxxx
