Sinus here too, not something I usually have a problem with but this is twice in a month
. Docs again on Monday, we're both feeling pretty awful, especially after coughing all night long.
I thought I'd bought a Bonnie Prince Charlie the other day, looks more like a generic Scotsman to me now . Not going well!0 -

At least he's in something like a Royal Stewart tartan
I've no idea about the figurine, rhiw. That's much more choille's department, I think. The pose is rather like the old Peace Highlander which Staffordshire made but there's a great deal of poetic licence used on the tartan....... much harder to weave diamonds
Sinusitis is grim. Hugs to you both0 -

LIR glad you are having a day off...
Well I don't think I am in hubby's good books:cool: as he thinks I bought 'crap' at the auction:D
I have been looking at buying one of these
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/280958703400?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
its was really spooky as there was one in the auction which I bought for £8:T:T
Bought a load of bric-a-brac:cool: for £20, and I bought a washstand style cupboard for £24,
Rhiwie there were LOADS of stuff there today, and I was thinking of you when it was being sold.... loads of old fashioned dinner service set including the tureens etc were going for about £5:eek::eek:
( by this time hubby had come back, and was giving me the 'evil eye:p)
There was some lovely old large pieces of furniture there too, which the 'true' antique furniture dealers were hammering the bids out amongst them.
There was a stunning old rocking chair.. not a huge one... which I would have loved for the ranch, BUT it went for £55 bargin for what it was.
On the way home we had a phone call to say a very dear and close friend had died...he was sent home from hospital last week, with no care arranged, a neighbour was concerned as the light had been on all night for a few days... so we don't know how long he was dead::o we didn't even know he had been sent home...its a long story about his health recently that I will not bore you with.
Waiting for hubby to come back from feeding the piggies, as he is calling into the chippie on the way back, can't be !!!!!d to cook, as since we have got home, my nose has started running:oWork to live= not live to work0 -
