    Longterm rhiwfield, I agree.
If anything worse for rural folk. All our money invested in half pigs in the freezers. And also.....

no landline now most are cordless ( I recently bought a cheap phone for such times)

You have a mobile signal? That's civilisation :rotfl:
Yea, we have one little old-fashioned wired phone for when the power is down. The others are cordless cos it's easier.

Alfie went out at lunch time. Maybe she's run off with a vet or possibly she's trying to carry something enormous home that she's spieled out of someone :rotfl:

Why did I just know it would involve acquisition of miscellaneous articles. I think you should change your username to Pod or Homily, alf :rotfl:

Rhiw - Having just seen the weather forecast for tomorrow, you may be right. Tomorrow looks dry but cloudy. All downhill again from Sunday, though.
At least you may not have a wet & miserable journey back to rhiwland.

    Yes :D
Now don't you think that there's something very Borrowerish about our alf?
She can turn items to completely different uses than they were intended for originally & goes on "adventures" from which she always comes back with a load of goodies :T

Watch the first few minutes of this, alf :D

I must admit I miss my 'couponing' days...

Know how you feel Alfie... been feeling like poo most of the week, like a cold is just about to break out...

A friend of ours who used to have pigs said a strange this this afternoon, asking us if we had cameras watching the new place, and the pigs????? you know what its like, someone mentions something in such a way, you start thinking why did they say that, and you think what are they thinking, and what are they going to do( sorry but I have really gone bad over the years in thinking like this) so been searching and found a wireless security camera, that you can see the images on you phone, so might get one tomorrow... for peace of mind... to watch the pigs..
