WELL, if i move my bed, move my wardrobes..to replace with bed, put wardrobes in spare bedroom, put gumpf in spare bedroom in downstairs room to make way for wardrobes..shut door on downstairs room and realise it will be impossible to open ever again......then it COULD go in my bedroom...:D
if not totally reverse that and it could go in my d/stairs room ...:D

Back in work today:o could have done with a few days off to recover, but have to make do with just the one....

Plus I did say i would knuckle down with fleabay when i got back, business and private account....

Not going to put expensive or stuff i would expect to get a good price for, as the last lot of things that finished last week, were slow....I think its going to be mid/end of september before things might start moving again..

What can i sow now for a quick crop? Its mainly for the animals.... I have surplus seeds, lettuce, perpetual spinch ( never grown that before, free seeds) and some other random stuff:rotfl:

Right better get my skates on..... really dont want to go

hi all...........

well i have to sort out this bl**dy TPO !! :mad: iv learnt today that the whole village is in a conservation area [not national park] and any tree over 75cm width is protected...:o also all 3 yew trees have a TPO aswell :eek: so me finks i have a problem....:(

BUT i was chatting to THE man today and he's agreed to meet at the chapel to try a compromise.. so if hes tall dark and handsome and you dont hear from me for a while...:D...........

still trying to find out if theres main drains etc....

im all chapelled out...:rotfl: i just want to get my hands on the bl**dy pews..:rotfl::rotfl:

alfie1 most of the trees in our village and the ywes in the churchyard have TPO's on them. That doesnt stop them being pruned/reduced /felled. It just means that planning permission has to be applied fr and the loca tree warden surveys them and advises. Occasionally when a tree is felled another needs to be planted but not in the same place.
You shouldnt have a problem I wouldnt have thought.

many thanks...trouble is this is all the chicken and the egg scenario for us.
we wont proceed with buying it unless we can sort trees as no point if we cant as the waste tank has to go out back. no where else for it..:o if we cant put in a bathroom, we wont get change of use. have to prove it can be residential..... we can do that whilst its still under the community sale. very very complicated but in order to sort.... TREES,WASTE,WATER,BATHROOM,CHANGE OF USE.........
i have found my trump card tho...;) something everyone seems to have overlooked that may get the ball rolling...
