  • Oh no thats terrible! Can you pick up more day shifts? try and keep cheerful, I am sure you will get something sorted
  • Just thought I'd say "hi Bessy" from another Yorkshire lass!!

I was so pleased that your thread was starting to sound more positive, you were coping with the lack of cigs and the like. Sorry to hear the news about your OH's job today though. You just need to keep giving him a shove, I'm sure he'll get something else. You are doing so well with what you are doing so far so try to stay positive.

    Jen :)

As you can see haven't posted for a week! Have been trying to focus (now it would seem not very well:rolleyes: ) Feel like a complete failure today, oh my god, just rung for balance on account while writing this its 000.00, by my calculations today we should have £100! Head in hands for 10mins!
I think i will have to start afresh from this moment on!!! Its not good, have started smoking again:mad: and didn't continue with spending diary:mad: God i can't bl**dy believe this. I am absolutely sh*t with money. Sorry writing out loud! Anyway was so pleased with myself i sinned and went and bought some new jeans at the weekend, before anyone tells me off i took them back yesterday and got my money back, the £2 savings have gone up to £10 as you can see and the other coin savings also, will be counting those on friday and putting them in the savings account. I've "borrowed" one of dd note pads and hve decided to write down some of the advice you guys give, i find helpful hints and then can't find them again or (menopause) forget:o

Shop at the weekend was £37 which is good for me, but after reading some other posts this morning i can still cut back on that. Have sold some stuff on e bay, but not made as much as i thought i would, have been baking, and made my own spag bol sauce. Reduced the car insurance before i posted on this site so missed out on quidco (does it really work? Daren't do it!). Am babbling i know, sorry:confused: just some days (today! can't get my head around things:rolleyes: )Don't know whether i am trying to do too much at once or am just useless.Help!!!!!!

On a more positive note, child benefit is going up next month so i am going to up payplans payment to £20,i know its not a lot but every little helps, I think!!! Have noticed that people are paying lump sums or over payments on their debts, can someone tell me how to do this when i am with payplan. Do i put the savings in the account and wait until i've got the lump some, don't know if you can just send them extra payments now and then:confused:

Sorryif it looks confusing am feeling very stressed
