I've borrowed my nephew's laptop and managed to destroy it, Ooooop's, can you help?

    After running unhide I'd run a quick scan with mbam too.

    Here if you dont already have it.
    (mbam--setup-1.60.1.1000.exe 9.06mb)
    There had been some really frightening error messages saving 'ram damaged' and 'clusters on harddrive damaged', however these have now disappeared.
    Check there's no other problems like google search results taking you to sites other than the one you click on - sometimes this malware comes bundled with other malware like the TDSS rootkit.

    Just do a system restore prior to the point of using it .

    I've also tried to do a system restore as I think this would be the easiest option, however this has crashed on my three attemps.
