Shopneo - Problem Encountered

Thank you nordberg. Like I said previousley ive arranged a letter to all customers warning of this as a courtesy. I can only suggest contacting banks to cancel cards as a precaution and to report any bad activity from any spurious overseas scammers.

I also responded to your email too for your referance.

Paul, it's now 3 days since OP posting...we'd all appreciate an update....72 hours is afterall a long time..when customers money is involved.

Just to add me to the list of people having money taken from there card after using Paul's site. I posted info belowe on the cheap DVD thread before seeing this thread.

Has anyone had any problems with payments being taken from there credit cards since using the shopneo.co.uk. I have had a payment taken from my card and paid to ww.Accordata.Net Berlin DE I’m not saying this is anything to do with shopneo in anyway its just there the only new internet firm I have used and I just wanted to see if anyone else has had any problems.

I received the letter off shopneo this morning..

After checking my online banking,,,I was shocked to see 6 or 7 payments to Eurobet totalling £400......

What the hell????

I am very very angry!!!!!!!!!!!! I have just received letter stating that fraudulent activity had taken place, as last week I noticed something weird on my accounts as

SBC LONDON from PLN it seems to be for nearly £187

I had been wracking my brains, because I am very very cautious when it comes to debit/credit fraud and in all this time this is the first time that I have had fraud on one of my accounts.

Very unhappy Mr. Owen, I cancelled my card this monday, wayyy before receiving your letter and didnt know any information as to how it happened til I come on here, after I had bought the DVD-Rs.

I should be compensated. I probably wont get the money back.

i recieved my credit card statement yesterday and noticed that there were 2 paypal transactions on the 11th and the 13th feb. i cancelled my card immediately. please, everyone who has shopped with shopneo, do not hesitate in cancelling your card.
