    Live the other end of the country, but have signed. It is a tragedy that shouldn't have happened and most definitely should not be allowed to happen again. Really hope that this petition is a success.

  • i don't live anywhere near here but if a life has been lost then the council should be doing something about it, it comes to something though when a 3 year old child loses his life and a petition has to be signed before anything will be done. The poor boy and his family.

    It is wrong they wont do anything until a petition is done.

  • As a mother of young children I felt that I should sign this as well. I will also share your message on my facebook page. Such a sad story that could have so easily been prevented.
