Sorry been MIA again, went up North visiting family and had no internet, even on my phone. My dd lives in the Lakes and I didnt have any signal at her new house.

Been feeling a little down since I came home, but need to get myself more upbeat as I am being a miserable so and so. been arguing with dh too which doesn't help.

No os today apart from sausage casserole and pancakes oh and dirty pots into dw.

Julie _ happy birthday hope you had a fab day

Hugs to anyone that needs/wants one. Take Care

Bossymoo....had milk intolerance problem with DD4 now 30....put her on goat's milk when she was 2 and she never looked back...no soy products available then, but her 9year old son had the same problem and he was on soy formula, goats cheese and yogurt and they really helped. I feel that there is a lot of rubbish spoken about calcium and milk....sardines, green veg and a whole list of other things I can't remember at this hour of the night have large helpings of calcium....suggest that you have a root around vegan sites for more info....good luck.

Hugs to everyone else and belated birthday wishes to Julie....my eldest grandchild was 11 to-day...only seems like 5 minutes since he was born!

    Stay safe and sleep well

  • Hi there
tehnically it's not today anymore if that even makes any sense . Quick post, knackered out my mind so off to bed , not much in the way of os today just the usual washing and cooking of stew in the slow cooker. Looking forward to a nice day with the family tomorrow and wishing everyone all the best
