I was just going through my old yopmail emails of last weeks Price Porkies and one which was cheaper in T's (no jtd) has now come back as cheaper in Morrisons AND GIVING A JTD!!!!!!!!!

I complained to T H/O last week as many items came back N/A which should have compared. They apologised and offered a £5 giftcard and my JTD coupon was left at £1.72 - totally okay in my opinion.

I never printed off the JTD coupon, and just re-entered it today to print if off...and it only gave a huge JTD of over £16 and was capped at £10 :rotfl: What a result

So like Mrs B just said, double check just in case :T

I've even had a staff member on a manned till hand me back my price check voucher:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

if they don't train staff to deal with this then they're really shooting themselves in the foot. Asda have no problems apparently.

All mine are coming back as N/A against morrisons and sainsbury's. I know that both stores sell lurpak and wkd blue so obv only a glitch for some.

When I try to enter a wombled reciept it keeps saying re-enter clubcard number despite me typing it in. Any ideas?

Just followed Bluewkd's advice and it worked.

Has the wombled receipt got clubcard no on it? From what people have said earlier if a clubcard is already associated with the receipt then it will nto let you enter anything but that clubcard
