There was a long thread on here about this company a few years back on how terrible they are.
I thought they may have got their act together as its such a long time since anyone seemed to have your problems but seeing as there is another contributor it does look like they are slipping again.Wow, I got 3 *, when did that happen :j:T:p
It is not illegal to open another persons mail unless you intend to commit fraud - this is frequently incorrectly posted

It's terrible: I've ordered from them three or four times across the past few years, and never once had an issue.

I do apologise for my recent absence, this was caused by a glowing, fiery ball in the sky which led me astray. I am now on bended knee before thee.
Well, I have to admit, my dvd arrived yesterday ! Huzzah !! So, what's that ? One month and six days to deliver a dvd which was in stock at the point of ordering ... mm, that's good isn't it ?
Oh, I can't wait to use them again. Maybe for something non-important ? Like my entire Christmas gift shopping, perhaps ? Because that couldn't possibly go wrong. Perhaps if I order the Crimbo pressies today, they might have been delivered in time for the big day ?
Or I could just give them a swerve ??
Mm, difficult decision. Will have to mull it over.
